6 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 6-18 years, male or female. (2) It met the diagnostic criteria of ICHD-3 with or without aura and chronic migraine. (3) Diagnosis of migraine by two or more professional neurologists. (4) PEDMIDAS score >=11. (5) Migraine has never been treated. (6) The purpose, significance, risks, benefits and informed consent of the study were given by patients and their family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Excessive drug intake exists; (2) Autoimmune diseases; (3) Other neurological diseases and intracranial masses except migraine; (4) congenital or hereditary diseases; (5) Diabetes mellitus, bronchial asthma, cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease; (6) Other types of primary headache and secondary headache.
