Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) T2DM patients aged >= 35 years and with definite diagnosis; (2) The chronic complications of DM included DN and its stage, DR and its stage, DPN and diabetes LEAD. (3) The serum C-peptide and blood glucose values at 0~3 hours in the C-peptide release test; (4) Complete information of DM history, family DM history, blood pressure, height, weight, degree of smoking and drinking, peripheral neurological symptoms, visual symptoms, and discharge hypoglycemic program can be collected from medical records. (5) Complete clinical blood and urine biochemical, imaging and other examination results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Currently suffering from tumor, blood disease, rheumatism, serious infectious diseases; (2) Pregnant women; (3) Previous diagnosis of acute or chronic pancreatitis, previous diagnosis of other functional lesions of the pancreas, such as pancreatic cancer, previous pancreatic surgery, previous history of upper abdominal surgery; (4) The levels of aminotransferase (AST) and/or alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were more than two times higher than the upper limit of normal; (5) DM acute complications, such as diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperglycemia and hyperosmotic syndrome;? The previous application of anti-malignant tumor chemotherapy drugs, the application of drugs affecting immune function such as glucocorticoids, monoclonal antibodies, interferon and so on.
