Interventions

Trial group:A dose of 0.5mg/kg of esmolamine will be given by single intravenous bolus injection after anesthesia induction
control group:Placebo (saline) will be given after anesthesia induction.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years. 2. ASA graded I-III. 3. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic total hysterectomy due to benign uterine diseases such as multiple uterine fibroids, adenomyomas and endometrial polyps. 4. The estimated operation time is 1-4 hours, and the intraoperative blood loss is less than 200ml. 5. The patient provides written informed consent. 6. Patients can cooperate to obtain complete information about the measurement of the results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant uterine tumor was found in the final case examination. 2. The patient has a history of ketamine or esmolamine allergy. 3. Patients who are at serious risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure and should not be treated with esmolamine. 4. Patients who have undergone additional operations during the operation or have abandoned the original surgical arrangements. 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases (such as arrhythmia, cardiac insufficiency), moderate and severe anemia and contraindications of anesthesia. 7. Patients with BMI >= 30.
