Group C:cheek acupuncture was performed at the hip acupoint prior to neuraxial anesthesia

Group D:Ultrasound-guided ?fascial iliaca compartemnt ?block prior to neuraxial anesthesia

Group H :Only neuraxial anesthesia was performed

60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Boc orthopaedic patients undergoing elective hip surgery surgical patients; 2. Gender not limited; 3. Aged 60-90 years; 4. ASA I - III level; 5. Understand and volunteer to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unclear consciousness or mental disorders, communication disorders; 2. Patients with combined heart, lung, liver, kidney functions and severe primary diseases of the hematopoietic system; 3. Patients with allergies to any drugs in the study; 4. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 5. Spinal anesthesia contraindication patients.
