Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moderate to severe burns; 2. Subjects of ASA grade II-III; 3. Subjects aged from 18 to 65, regardless of gender; 4. Subjects who are scheduled for debridement, escharectomy, skin transplantation of the same (different) species, autologous skin transplantation, skin flap transfer under general anesthesia; 5. Subjects with anxiety and / or depression symptoms were assessed by the scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe complications, mental illness, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, respiratory insufficiency, circulatory instability, etc; 2. Patients with inhalation injury, SpO2 < 90% or requiring mechanical ventilation; 3. Patients with elevated intraocular pressure (such as glaucoma) and elevated intracranial pressure; 4. Patients with sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block and bundle branch block; 5. Patients with severe hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus; 6. Patients with poor compliance or drug abuse; 7. Patients allergic to the proposed drugs.
