Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects older than or equal to 14 years old; 2. Patients with acute progressive glomerulonephritis; 3. Subjects with a large number of crescents confirmed by renal biopsy (crescents accounted for more than 50%, including cellular crescents, cellular fibrous crescents and fibrous crescents, and the total number of spheres was more than or equal to 8); 4. Subjects who signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects considered unsuitable by clinicians.
