Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for non coronary heart disease control population 1. Subjects over 40 years old; 2. Subjects who can sign informed consent voluntarily; 3. Subjects who were healthy in the past and had no complaints of chest tightness or chest pain; 4. Subjects who can exclude coronary heart disease with normal myocardial enzyme spectrum and ECG. Inclusion criteria for coronary heart disease in middle-aged and elderly people 1. According to the 2011 ACCF / AHA guidelines, patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography or coronary CTA met the diagnostic criteria; 2. Patients over 40 years old; 3. Patients who signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with chest pain caused by other congenital heart diseases, valvular diseases, severe neurosis, etc.; 2. Subjects in acute stage of cerebral infarction; 3. Subjects with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 4. Subjects with acute infection in the last two weeks; 5. Patients with other serious diseases that must be treated (such as hematological diseases, tumors, etc.); Especially in patients with elevated liver cancer markers or history of liver cirrhosis and suspected liver cancer; 6. Subjects taking warfarin and other drugs that affect vitamin K.
