60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients scheduled to undergo non-cardiac surgery and go to ICU postoperatively; 2) Aged >= 60 years; 3) ASA class III-IV; 4) Right handedness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nerve system diseases and/or psychosomatic disease before surgery; 2. patients with history of agitans paralysis; 3. patients with history of cerebrovascular accident; 4. patients scheduled to undergo brain surgery; 5. patients taking neural psychiatric drugs such as sedative and antidepressant; 6. alcohol abuser or drug dependence; 7. patients with impairment of liver or kidney function; 8. patient who are not able to complete test because of impairment of vision or hearing of communication. 9. patients who can not perform MRI because of implantation of metal or heart pacemaker; 10. patients who can not finish MRI because of action inconvenience such as fracture; 11. patients with claustrophobia.
