Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric patients with humeral lateral condylar fracture and internal fixation in outpatient and emergency department; 2. Aged 7 to 14 years; 3. ASA I-II; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Local infection of puncture site or skin damage; 2. The patients with serious abnormal coagulation function should not be treated by puncture; 3. Those who can not cooperate to complete the research related score; 4. Refused to participate in the study.
