Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients aged over 18 years, with BMI between 18.5 and 30, ASA grade I to III, who agreed to general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia, signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergency operation; pregnant and lactating women; patients contraindicated to epidural anesthesia; patients with heart failure EF < 50%, arrhythmia, atrioventricular block or sinus node dysfunction, heart rate < 50 beats / min and other serious heart diseases; mental diseases, Alzheimer's disease; pneumonia, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; diabetes mellitus; patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; patients with epidural anesthesia failure, turn to Open surgery.
