60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients >= 60 years; (2) Patients undergoing general anesthesia for elective non-cardiac surgery; (3) The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I - III; (4) In accordance with ethics, patients volunteered to take the test and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe dementia, language impairment, severe hearing or vision impairment, coma, terminal disease and other conditions can not complete part of the preoperative evaluation; (2) Any cerebrovascular accidents, such as stroke and transient ischemic attack, occurred within 3 months; (3) Acute cardiovascular events, including acute or decompensated heart failure and acute coronary syndrome or echocardiography showing EF or < 12 x 10^9 / L 4 x 10^9/L, or Plasma procalcitonin 2 times more than normal); (10) Use of vasoactive drugs before enrollment; (11) Participated in another clinical trial in the past 6 months.
