Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The infants who are admitted to the newborn diagnosis and treatment center of Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University and have bloody stool as the main manifestation will primary included this study if these infants younger than 28 days old.The control group consisted of non-FPIES children with no gastrointestinal diseases and no abdominal distension, vomiting, or bloody stools.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with congenital gastrointestinal malformation (such as congenital intestinal atresia, megacolon, intestinal malrotation, etc.); 2. Patients who give up treatment during hospitalization; 3. Patients who did not complete intestinal flora and fecal fatty acid measurement; 4. Patients unwilling to participate in this study.
