Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This prospective observational study will include patients diagnosed with AKI in the emergency department and nephrology department. According to the 2012 KDIGO criteria, all AKI patients will be divided into a on C (AKI based on CKD) group and sa-aki group according to the etiology of AKI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were SonoVue Patients with contraindications and those who meet the following conditions: (1) Estimated hospital stay < 24 hours; (2) end stage renal disease or long-term hemodialysis; (3) Renal replacement therapy caused by AKI has been started in critically ill patients before admission; (4) history of renaltransplantation and nephrectomy; (5) serum creatinine can not be changed; (6) urinary tract obstruction.
