Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the patient group: 1. Ages 0-18, male or female; 2. ICHD-3 migraine without aura, migraine with aura, chronic migraine diagnostic criteria; 3. No other serious health threat except for research diseases; 4. From January 2021 to January 2022, he was admitted to pediatrics outpatient and inpatient Department of Qilu Hospital, Shandong University; 5. Informed consent of the patients and their families on the purpose, significance, risks and benefits of the study. Inclusion criteria of the health group: 1. Ages 6-18, male or female; 2. No symptoms and signs of migraine and other types of headache; 3. No other serious health threats; 4. From January 2021 to January 2022, he was admitted to pediatrics outpatient and inpatient Department of Qilu Hospital, Shandong University; 5. Informed consent of the patients and their families on the purpose, significance, risks and benefits of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of drug ingestion; 2. Autoimmune and neuroinflammatory diseases; 3. Mast cell-related diseases; 4. Allergies; 5. Intracranial masses; 6. Congenital or genetic abnormalities and chronic diseases; 7. Mental disorders; 8. Physical inadmissio; 9. Other types of primary and secondary headaches; 10. Lack of informed consent by family members and individuals.
