Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 compiled by the cerebrovascular Disease Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. The onset time was within 4.5h; 4. Patients have thrombolytic indications without contraindications, and rT-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy; 5. Acute neurological impairment (NIHSS score over 3 points) and its persistence; 6. Hospitalization days exceeding 14 days; 7. Craniocerebral CT and other imaging examinations can be excluded cerebral hemorrhage, and no early imaging changes; 8. Patients and their families have signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood glucose > 22.2mmol/L or blood glucose 180mmHg, or diastolic bp > 100mmHg. 5. Bleeding tendency: platelet 1.5. 6. Cranial CT has intracranial hemorrhage, or low-density changes in the area of responsibility or early changes that have exceeded one third of one hemisphere. 7. Previous history of intracranial hemorrhage, intracranial aneurysm or arteriovenous malformation. 8. Had a history of major craniocerebral injury in recent 3 months; In recent 7 days, the patient had a history of lumbar puncture and arterial puncture which was not easy to compress and stop bleeding. In the last 3 weeks, he had a history of active bleeding in the digestive system, urinary system and other internal organs. 9. Pet-type pregnancy or non-compliance.
