Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Diabetics with a course of disease less than 5 years or a course of 5-10 years; 3. All subjects underwent blood glucose examination, who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes; 4. Patients voluntarily participate and have good complianc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The individuals who have eye diseases and affect the observation of eye characteristics; 2. The individuals who cannot fully cooperate with the examination due to factors such as mood or sleep.
