Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke established by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference in 1995; 2. The first and unilateral onset was confirmed by CT or MRI of the head; 3. Stable vital signs and clear consciousness; 4. Simplified mental status examination (mini- mental state examination, MMSE) >= 26 points; 5. Course of disease > 2 weeks; Edinburgh handedness questionnaire (Edinburgh handedness questionnaire) judged as right-handed; 6. Imped side upper limb modified Ashworth (modified Ashworth scale, MAS) classification: 1-3 Class, sitting balance >= 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of cerebral organic venereal disease or psychiatric disease; 2. Have a history of progressive cerebral ischemia; 3. Have a history of severe visceral disease or tumor; 4. Have a history of antispasmodic drugs in the past 1 month or have received nerve block such as botulinum toxin in the first 6 months Surgery; 5. Other cervical and upper limb diseases that may affect the vibration test, such as trauma history, peripheral nerve injury, etc.; 6. The patients family members do not sign the informed consent.
