Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients met the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association (ACC/AHA)ACS diagnostic criteria, underwent PCI during hospitalization and met a uremia diagnosis: CCR<15 ml/min, and maintenance hemodialysis has been performed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients allergic to aspirin; (2) Patients with antiplatelet therapy contraindications or recent use of glycoprotein inhibitors; (3) application of warfarin; (4) Severe liver insufficiency (liver enzyme increased by 2 times); (5) severe infection; (6) cardiac function level or bradycardia; (7) patients with hematologic diseases or malignant tumors.
