Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnosis of AP: Clinically, it can be diagnosed by meeting 2 of the following 3 characteristics: (1) Abdominal pain consistent with AP. (2) Serum amylase and/or lipase concentrations are at least 3 times higher than the upper limit of normal; (3) Abdominal imaging examination conforms to AP imaging changes. In line with the diagnosis of HLAP: serum triglyceride level >= 11.3 mmol/L at the time of onset; serum triglyceride level >= 5.65 mmol/L but < 11.3 mmol/L with venous chyloemia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Concomitant pancreatic tumor or autoimmune disease; (2) Patients do not accept clinical trials.
