Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All adult patients and healthy donors who receive autologous or allogeneic transplantation collected by HSC in the Department of Hematology of our hospital. 2. Patients or family members can understand the research plan and are willing to participate in the research, and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 2. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for participants in this research.
