Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 50-70 years with physiological menopause; 2. Subjects diagnosed as estrogen induced osteopenia by endocrinologists (2017 diagnostic criteria); 3. Subjects with periodontal health or mild chronic periodontitis in stable stage (standard version number); 4. Subjects who can tolerate tooth extraction and site preservation; 5. Subjects with strong compliance are willing to accept this clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are using estrogen, bisphosphonates or other related drugs at present; 2. Subjects with history of limb immobilization or long-term bedridden;
