Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Inpatients in intensive care unit; 3. Subjects who received invasive operation; 3. Subjects with INR > 1.5 (inclusive).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose medical records do not conform to the standard; 2. Outpatients.
