Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects who understand, agree with and can cooperate with glaucoma surgery; 2. Subjects with indications for glaucoma filtering surgery: the drug treatment failed to reach the target intraocular pressure or could not tolerate the drug treatment, or the patient required surgical treatment; 3. Subjects with IOP > 21mmhg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart and lung diseases and advanced cancer can not tolerate ophthalmic surgery; 2. The patients with obvious injury of Schlemm tube could not be treated with 360 degree perforation; 3. Subjects with neovascular glaucoma, high intraocular pressure secondary to active uveitis, and high intraocular pressure secondary to silicone oil eyes after vitrectomy; 4. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent. 5. Patients who can not follow up the requirements of this study.
