Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to our hospital for vitreoretinal surgery; 2. Patients aged 18-80 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Patients who can tolerate vitreoretinal surgery after excluding surgical contraindications; 4. Patients who voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous vitreoretinal surgery history; 2. Patients with history of ocular trauma; 3. Patients who can't cooperate with the operation; 4. Patients who are allergic to ropivacaine or any of its components or to similar drugs; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
