Age
40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with degenerative scoliosis (coronal Cobb Angle > 10 degrees)undegoing posterior Instrumentation and Fusion; 2. Follow-up can be performed for at least 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 40 years old; 2. Patients unwilling to complete clinical and imaging follow-up; 3. Patients with diseases such as hand trauma, neuromuscular disease, Parkinson's disease, stroke and so on can not complete muscle strength measurement; 4. Patients with congenital scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis, vertebral spondylolisthesis, spinal trauma,or spinal surgery history.
