Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years, gender unlimited. 2. Patients diagnosed with unilateral or bilateral secondary osteoarthritis of the hip, Crowe Type III-IV Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip. 3. Unilateral or one-stage bilateral total hip arthroplasty (including direct anterior and posterolateral approaches). 4. Subjects fully understand the benefits and risks of this study, and are willing to participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Bilateral DDH but treated with unilateral THA. 2.Possible infection around hip. 3.Severe contracture of the hip caused by previous surgery. 4.DDH combined with a neurovascular disease and poliomyelitis.
