Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 300 obese patients in the outpatient and inpatient department of Shanghai Ruijin North Hospital were selected as the observation group and 200 normal physical examination patients in the physical examination center were selected as the control group. Body mass index >= 28 kg/m2 were diagnosed as obesity. Aged >=18 years. Provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignant tumors, previous use of hormone drugs or weight loss treatment, poor systemic conditions (severe heart, lung, liver, renal insufficiency), severe endocrine diseases, hereditary diseases.
