20 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Females are under 40 years old; (2) BMI index 18-25 kg/m2; (3) PGT-A is required for reasons such as chromosomal disease, single gene disease, repeated implantation failure or recurrent miscarriage; (4) The ovarian reserve function is normal (basic FSH1.5ng/ml, number of antral follicles > 5). (5) Patients who agree to single blastocyst transfer; (6) Cov-19 nucleic acid test negative; (7) Those who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Endometrial lesions (including intrauterine adhesions, endometrial polyps, endometrial tuberculosis); (2) with hydrosalpinx and without proximal tubal ligation; (3) with myoma or adenomyosis adjacent to uterine cavity; (4) advanced endometriosis (stage III–IV); (5) Combined with other medical and surgical diseases such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, prethrombotic state, etc.
