Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. model A. according to the therapy plan need to perform procedure like heel puncture, venipuncture, et al, not underwent surgery or ventilation or sedation. 2. model B. within 48 hours after surgery, not underwent ventilation or any other pain stimulus . 3. model C. ventilation newborn without any other pain stimulations. 4. model D. diagnosed with NEC, have not go through surgery, without any other pain stimulus. 5. model E. within 48 hours after surgery, not underwent ventilation, underwent procedure pain according to therapy plan. 6. model F. ventilaiton newborn underwent procedure pain according to therapy plan. 7. model G. within 48 hours after surgery, and underwent ventilation, without any other pain stimulus.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Newborn with neuromuscular diseases, or facial malformation, or limb disability, or gestational age minor than 28 weeks, or mother being alcholic or drug addict.
