Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral hemorrhage, SAH; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. NAVA ventilation time > 72 h; 4. Ventilator parameter setting: positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) <= 8 cmH2O (1 cmH2O = 0.098 kPa), inhaled oxygen concentration (FiO2) <= 0.60; 5. The patient has a certain degree of spontaneous breathing ability and can trigger the ventilator to inflate; 6. The skin of the sternocleidomastoid area is completely exposed; 7. The patient's family members sign an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for phrenic nerve stimulation (severe lung infection, severe esophageal hemorrhage and obstruction perforation, diaphragmatic hernia, pneumothorax, active tuberculosis, pleural thickening adhesion, severe arrhythmia , Hemodynamic instability, metal implants in the body), etc.; 2. Severe central respiratory depression, high paraplegia, myasthenia gravis or known abnormal anatomy of the diaphragm; 3. Combined with sepsis, blood flow Dynamically unstable, ejection fraction less than 30%; 4. Mean arterial pressure (MAP) <65 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa); 5. History of non-invasive/invasive mechanical ventilation and tracheotomy within 1 month before surgery Open history; 6. Acute myocardial infarction or cardiogenic shock occurred 72 hours before surgery; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. SAH patients with unclear diagnosis; 9. Critically ill and unable to undergo surgery or other interventions; 10. Patients in hospice care; 11. Medically diagnosed as brain death.
