Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirm that the selected patients have diabetic feet and chronic diabetic skin ulcers. Diabetes diagnosis and classification meet the 1999 WHO standards.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) DKA patients; (2) Patients with lower extremity arterial occlusion; (3) Patients with lower limb vascular malformations; (4) Patients with severe coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, heart failure, and renal failure; (5) Patients with malignant tumors; (6) Patients using immunosuppressive agents; (7) Patients with hyperthyroidism, anxiety and depression.
