Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) For women with cesarean section, the diagnosis included "preeclampsia" or "chronic hypertension combined with pregnancy"; 2) Perinatal history of use of antihypertensive drugs (including or without CCB, continuous use at least 36 hours before and after surgery); 3) Gestational age at cesarean section >= 34 weeks; 4) Han nationality, aged >=18 and = 2 g/L, platelet count >= 100*10^9, haemoglobin >= 90 g/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Refuse to participate in the retrospective cohort study; 2) Puerperal fever; 3) Preoperative diagnosis of GBS positive; 4) Patients diagnosed preoperatively with non-reproductive tract infection and given additional antibiotics during the perioperative period; 5) Uterine abnormalities (including single horn uterus, residual horn uterus, and uterine space-occupying lesions with diameter > 3cm); 6) Patients with more serious systemic diseases (severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe malnutrition, SLE, malignant tumor, etc.); 7) Patients who have undergone intrauterine operation or operation after cesarean section; 8) Other situations that are not suitable for this study.
