Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Orthopaedic patients with bank of China closed reduction and internal fixation of intertrochanteric fractures of elective surgery patients, gender not limited, the waist hard joint anesthesia, aged 18 to 85 years old, ASA I ~ III level, to understand and volunteered for the researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of neurological and psychiatric diseases, including AD, stroke and psychosis, who refused to cooperate; 2. Patients with allergies to any drugs in the study; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 4. Contraindication of spinal anesthesia.
