35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35 to 75 years; 2. Patients who have had cerebral infarction for the first time or have had a lacunar infarction without sequelae; 3. The diagnosis is in line with the diagnosis of various cerebrovascular diseases adopted in the 4th academic conference on cerebrovascular disease in 2019; 4. The skull CT or MRI examination confirmed; 5. Pathogenesis time:2weeks - 6months; 6. None cognitive impairment, MMSE score >= 25; 7. Muscle tone <= 2 level; 8. Brunnstrom hand III-IV, upper limb II-VI, with FMA-UL 20-50; 9. The patient has signed or signed the informed consent by his immediate family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving other non-invasive brain stimulation therapy including TMS, tDCS; 2. can not complete the treatment protocol, poor compliance; 3. a history of epilepsy, cerebral hemorrhage and serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ function failure and uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, diabetes complications been fail controlled; 4. concomitant with any acute or chronic infection, like tuberculosis, intracranial infection; 5. pregnancy; 6. involving in other clinical studies; 7. with junior high school education or below.
