Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The preterm infants who are admitted to the newborn diagnosis and treatment center of Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University will primary included this study if these infants with gestational age less than 30 weeks, birth weight less than 1500g are admitted within 24 hours after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with congenital gastrointestinal malformation (such as congenital intestinal atresia, hypercolon malrotation, etc.); (2) Patients who Abandoning treatment during hospitalization; (3) Patients who did not complete the determination of intestinal flora and fecal SCFAS AI-2; (4) Patients unwilling to participate in this study.
