Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-70 years; 2.The diagnosis of liver failure complies with the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Failure 2018".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver cancer or other malignant tumors; 2. Patients with thyroid diseases such as hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 3. Patients with diabetes mellitus; 4. People with serious underlying diseases, including heart, brain, lung, kidney, digestion, blood, neuropsychiatric and other diseases; 5. Patients co-infected with human immunodeficiency virus; 6. Combined with underlying diseases that require anticoagulant drugs; 7. Pregnant women and lactating patients; 8. Poor compliance.
