Inclusion criteria: Aged 20-40 years; Single pregnancy; Term delivery; Spontaneous vaginal delivery; Live-birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis and AIDS.
