Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients who met the diagnostic criteria for diabetes established by who in 1999 were classified as type 2 2.Patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome 3.The patients who met the diagnostic criteria of diabetic peripheral neuropathy 4.Patients aged 18-70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute diabetic complications, including diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperosmolar coma, diabetic lactic acidosis, hypoglycemic coma, etc; 2.Patients with malignant tumor,heart failure,serious mental diseases, epilepsia or Chronic alcoholism; 3.Patients with severe liver dysfunction, renal insufficiency, alcoholism, history of narcotic drug and psychotropic substance abuse in the past five years,and history of exposure to toxic or chemical substances; 4.Patients with other systemic diseases that may cause peripheral neuropathy (including spinal cord diseases, rheumatism, etc; 5.Patients with edema, ulcer or infection in lower limbs and lower extremity artery occlusion.
