18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were 18-65 years old; 2. Baseline PDFF content > 6%; 3. HbA1c: 6.5% - 10%; 4. NAFLD; 5. BMI: 20-35kg/m2, with stable weight history; 6. Provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. T1DM; 2. HbA1c > 10%; 3. alcohol consumption > 14 units per week for women and > 21 units per week for men; 4. Patients Taking drugs that can improve the lipid deposition in the liver within 3 months, such as vitamin E, other GLP-1 receptor agonists, sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs; 5. Patients suffering from other steatosis , such as pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, multiple endocrine tumor syndrome type 2, or medullary thyroid carcinoma; 6. Other liver diseases, such as liver tumor, viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver disease or hereditary liver disease, were found; 7. MRI related contraindication; 8. Pregnant women; 9. The researchers believe that there are other patients who are not suitable for inclusion.
