Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria for COPD; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Patients were informed and understood the purpose of the study; 4. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In the acute exacerbation of COPD; The presence of severe aphasia affects the collection of medical history; Patients with other critical diseases, such as heart failure (grade III, IV), renal failure, respiratory failure, severe trauma and serious mental history.
