19 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with BMI of 18.5-24.0 kg / m2, ASA grade I-III, 2. Patients without chronic pain; 3. Patients with a history of abdominal surgery; 4. Those patients with contraindications of nerve block; 5. Patients with normal coagulation function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects younger than 18 years old were included; 2. Subjects with other cancer history; 3. Subjects with previous operation history; 4. Subjects with respiratory diseases; 5. Subjects with heart disease; 6. Subjects with drug allergy during operation; 7. Subjects who have received chemotherapy or radiotherapy in the last 8 weeks; 8. Steroid or opioid use and alcohol dependence.
