Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus; 2. Those patients with diabetic retinopathy were not found by ophthalmology examination; 3. Those patients who have other eye changes except diabetic macular edema and receive treatment once a month; 4. Patients receiving anti VEGF drugs or anti-inflammatory treatment for 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (any of the following circumstances shall be excluded): 1. Patients with macular edema secondary to other diseases (such as age-related macular degeneration, polypoid choroidal vasculopathy, retinal artery / vein occlusion, central serous chorioretinopathy, rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, macular ischemia); 2. Patients with IOP > 21mmhg or glaucoma; 3. Patients with severe cataract; 4. Patients with ametropia greater than 6 diopters; 5. Patients who have undergone vitrectomy or macular grid photocoagulation in the past; 6. Patients who received intravitreal and peribulbar injection or panretinal laser photocoagulation within 6 months; 7. Patients with poor cooperation and unable to carry out fundus imaging examination such as OCT scan.
