Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Asthma group: school-age (6-12 years old) asthmatic children in Chengdu women's and children's central hospital, Control group: non asthmatic children of the same age. 2. Subjects with informed consent signed by their family members; 3. Subjects with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart disease, pulmonary tuberculosis and congenital airway malformation; 2. Subjects who did not cooperate with the examination.
