Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the number of participants in this project, all the neonatal dry blood filter discs that meet the new screening during the study period of this project, including asymptomatic "normal" newborns and sick newborns of various reasons; 2. Informed consent are signed by the subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The guardian does not agree to participate in the study; 2. Subjects with blood transfusion before blood collection; 3. Unqualified samples of dry blood filter paper.
