Control group:Does not accept lidocaine intravenous infusion during the perioperative period
Experimental group:Receive 3 intravenous infusions of lidocaine during the perioperative period

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 65 years old; 2. Subjects requiring 3 or more general anesthesia operations within 30 days; 3. ASA I-III subjects; 4. Patients who voluntarily cooperate with follow-up and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who did not understand or refused the test method; 2. Patients allergic to lidocaine; 3. Patients with a history of alcohol abuse, psychiatric and anticholinergic drug abuse; 4. Patients with preoperative Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score 35kg / m2; 6. Patients with a history of mental disorders or nervous system diseases (including Alzheimer's disease and stroke history); 7. Patients with history of severe anemia and liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. Patients with severe visual and hearing impairment; 9. Patients whose average life span is less than 6 months; 10. Patients with diseases or conditions considered by other researchers not to be included.
