Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosis of pneumonia: acute respiratory infection symptoms (fever, cough or wheezing) upon a physical examination and chest imaging with infiltrates; 2) Serological diagnosis of mycoplasma was positive (MP-IgM positive and single MP antibody titer >=1:160 or antibody titer increased or decreased more than 4 times in the recovery period compared with the acute stage) and nucleic acid test was positive; 3) Children who need to complete fiberoptic bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage; 4) Signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other pathogens were confirmed to be infected by etiological tests; 2) Other systemic diseases: congenital heart disease, kidney disease, immunodeficiency disease, tumor, etc.; 3) Chronic lung disease.
