Experimental group: intratympanic injection of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium injection combined with retroauricular injection of methylprednisolone

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Collect the sudden deafness patients with PTA (0.5-4 kHz) > 60dB, aged 18-65 years, who met the diagnostic criteria of Otolaryngology Head and neck surgery branch of Chinese Medical Association in 2015, had no family history of sensorineural deafness, had onset within 2 months and had no response to conventional treatment. Randomly selected 30 cases of refractory patients as the experimental group, the other 30 cases as the control group. 2. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mean hearing threshold PTA <=60d, or sudden deafness in both ears; 2. poor compliance and quit. 3. Patients who can not be followed up or lost to follow-up; 4. There are contraindications for treatment.
