18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-80 years old; 2) Karnofsky's physical condition score >= 7%, or ECOG <=0%; 3) Preoperative pathology diagnosed with rectal cancer; 4) Complete the rectal low pre-excision and colon-rectal low-level matching, or medium-high rectum after the new auxiliary treatment of patients; 5) Line preventive re-enteroscopic patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to complete the treatment plan; 2) Past history of rectal surgery; 3) Preoperative detocation dysfunction (e.g. diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, functional constipation, etc.); 4) Postoperative matching of mouth fistula and stenosis 5) Pregnant or lactating women; 6) A person with uncontrolled epilepsy, central nervous system disease or mental disorder; 7) Persons with a history of other malignant diseases in the last 5 years, except for cured skin and cervical intenoma; 8) Clinically serious (i.e. active) heart disease, such as symptomatic coronary heart disease, NYHA II grade or more severe congestive heart failure or severe drug-required arrhythmic disorders, or a history of myocardial infarction within the last 6 months; 9) Have a history of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in the last 6 months; 10) Persons requiring immunosuppressive therapy for organ transplantation; 11) a serious uncontrolled recurrent infection, or other serious uncontrolled accompanying disease; 12) Moderate or severe renal damage creatinine removal rate equal to or less than 50 ml/min, or normal upper limit of serum creatinine (ULN); 13) Emergency surgery is required due to acute tumor (bleeding, perforation, obstruction); 14) Persons who have been treated with a research drug or preparation (i.e. participated in other trials) within 4 weeks of screening.
