30 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=30 years and <= 55 years(to the date of selecting); 2. ACPAS positive /ACR RA score 6 / ACPAS negative; 3. No previous history of rheumatic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; 4. No disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs, including biological agents) were used; 5. No use of glucocorticoids; 6. Those who did not participate in any drug trial within 3 months before inclusion; 7. Understand the whole process of the study, participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, women preparing to be pregnant or lactating; 2. Chronic diarrhea or peptic ulcer history in the past 1 year; 3. Have mental disorders, a history of alcohol abuse, drug or other substance abuse; 4. Joint symptoms are caused by other known causes (including but not limited to osteoarthritis, gout, infection, etc.); 5. patients with malignant tumor; 6. Allergic to test drugs or use contraindications; 7. There are other conditions that researchers consider to be not appropriate in the clinical trial.
