Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, no gender limitation; 2. Patients with malignant hematologic diseases and febrile neutropenia with high risk factors according to the guideline; 3. No antibiotics were used (except prophylactic antibiotics) in the week before enrollment; 4. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of treatment compliance; 2. Be diagnosed as hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis; 3. Be considered inappropriate by researchers.
